The Brief
We were appointed by London Broncos (then Harlequins RL) to increase social awareness of London’s only Rugby League club playing in the Engage Super League. This meant building a bigger, more active and engaged fanbase, with a view to driving traffic to the Club’s website and other ecommerce sites.
The Solution
- Design and build of new Facebook landing page to improve conversion ratio
- Design and build of Shopping page to drive traffic to ecommerce sites
- Regular competitions to engage with users and facilitate data capture for CRM purposes
- Plan and buy Facebook advertising to drive traffic from target audiences
- Outreach and seeding to attract new fans from external sites

The Results (first 3 months)
- 50% increase in number of daily new Facebook ‘Likes’
- 29% increase in number of daily Facebook comments
- 28% increase in number of active weekly Facebook users
- 100′s new email addresses added to the CRM database
